DATA ANALYSIS

DRA7-SS.tiff
We offer a unique pipeline from sample processing, staining (histology) and image acquisition (bioimaging) through to data analysis, providing publication-ready results.

Image data analysis plays a critical role in our bioimaging facility, providing quantitative robustness to our bioimaging experiments. We have extensive experience in analysis software such as Image J (FIJI), Cellprofiller, Qupath and IMARIS.

We can provide advanced image analysis as a service, as well as trainings tailored to the needs of attendees and the goals of their research.

We also have expertise in histocytometry, a technique for processing multiparameter microscopy images using computational approaches to identify and quantify cellular phenotypes. This allows for spatial analyses of cellular phenotypes in relation to each other and within defined spatial regions.

Gating strategy used to define lymph node populations of interest with the example histocytometry files. The first scatterplot, used for spatial gating, also displays cell B220 intensity in the color axis. In contrast to the first two scatterplots, the final scatterplot (CD64_PECF594 vs. SiglecF_BV421) is shown as a contour plot due to the difficulty in discerning populations with low events using regular pseudocolor plots.
