TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to technology use at the Hugh Green Cytometry Centre.
Payment
All payments are due by the 20th of the month following the date of invoice.
Bookings
Bookings are subject to availability and all instrument bookings must be made via one of the Hugh Green Cytometry Centre staff members. Confirmation of the booking will be sent by email.
Cancellation
If a confirmed booking is cancelled within 48 hours of its scheduled start time, a booking fee of 50% of the original price will apply.
Health and safety
All external users are required to abide by the Malaghan Institute of Medical Research Health and Safety Guidelines. A health and safety briefing will be provided. For some equipment an instrument-training course must be completed prior to instrument use.

By accessing and using the technology platforms in the Hugh Green Cytometry Centre facility at the Malaghan Institute of Medical Research, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.
